Duke of York’s is located to the north of Trafalgar Square which is in the heart of London Westend. This theatre is quite small as compare to other Westend theatres with occupancy of 622. The seating has been categorized into Stalls, Royal Circle and Upper Circle.

Duke of York’s was constructed for Frank Wyatt and his wife. Earlier it was called as Trafalgar Theatre. In the year 1894, its first major success was musical comedy Go-Bang. It was also popular for the blockbuster debut production of J M Barrie’s Peter Pan in the year 1904. Some of the recent popular shows are Ghost Stories and Journey’s End!
